that stinks. Interesting article though… I wonder if this gets broadly enforced if it might put some downward pressure on rent levels on 1 br apartments in the city? The only reason they are as widely rented as they are now at these rates is bc so many people have used them as converted 2 br apts. That’s a lot of 1br apts that will be emptying and not affordable to...
