1. Where Should I Live?

    My lease is up. The renewal terms are a bit steep. Where are the best deals around NYC metro?

    I’d consider any arrangement from your futon to another “luxury” rental studio of my own.

    I require unfettered access to a full bathroom and minimally fettered weekday access to midtown Manhattan by train.

    (Staten and Long Islands need not apply.)

    1. 6h057 answered: Fort Greene or Greenpoint. It’s like Long Island City, but people won’t make fun of you for living in Queens.
