    This is huge. Scozzafava was ahead in the polls and set to win in the traditionally Republican district…until her pro union, pro card check, pro stimulus, pro higher taxes, pro abortion record was exposed by bloggers and support started pouring in for Hoffman…

    A ‘mavericky’ coup for Sarah Palin, who broke party lines to back the Conservative on principle claims that the Republican was a shill. That Republican, Scozzafava just blinked. I wonder if there’s still time for tacky ‘Don’t Hassle the Hoff’ commercials spending that SarahPAC money?

    Incidentally, this re-imagined continental America icon from the SarahPAC logo really says it all. Live in fear insufficiently-conservative-pretenders and weak-democrats-in-trivial-elected-offices, no district east of Hawaii is safe.
