Continuing through my clippings file, I found this Marie Claire article (yeah, that’s right, what of it?) dispelling common misconceptions about organics, discussed tangentially by Neurosophy, squashed, tiffany, et. al., here. The myths:
- Organic Food is Always Better for the Environment
- It’s More Nutritious
- It Tastes Better
- You Don’t Have to Be As Careful About Washing It
- You’re Supporting Small Farms or Eco-companies
- It’s Better for You
