To exercise dormant programming skills, I slapped up a script that lets you view your historical posts en masse. Save the page(s) as “Web page, complete” (in IE, Firefox) for a crude, readable backup of your text, images, and - for other media - embed codes.
A welcomed side-effect is the ability to filter/view other individual people’s posts by type, which isn’t available in the Dashboard (yet?). It’s a work in progress, and I don’t recommend high-volume tumble-loggers bring up a 1500+ post archive in one page, but other than that - enjoy.
